Growing engagement
Our company campus does more than provide quality parts to manufacturers worldwide, made by highly qualified technicians. It also provides multiple additional benefits to Soundwich employees and the wider community. Beyond our on-site gym, a mile-long walking path around the grounds has been marked and cared for by employees as a way to get some exercise at work.
Employees also spearheaded the creation of a set of greenhouses on Soundwich grounds. Two avid gardeners developed the idea and approached management. Now, a nursery-sized greenhouse resides close to the St. Clair facility, with about a dozen employees caring for the plants inside. While flowers are a popular choice, employees also manage produce such as hot peppers and a range of other vegetables. The greenhouse is also tied to Soundwich’s environmental management initiatives, as it now grows enough plants to more than offset all of the company’s process-related Scope 1 CO2 emissions.

Our automotive products have a wide range of applications, from exhaust manifolds to break lines to battery pack venting to dash panels. No matter where you look on a vehicle, you’ll find our work lending a hand.

We use cutting-edge equipment in our day-to-day work, and our team is always on the lookout for new technology to bring in-house. Working with Soundwich means becoming proficient with new processes and equipment as we develop new ways of meeting clients’ needs.
